Exam 70-410: Installing and Configuring Windows Server 2012

Who should take this exam?
This exam is part one of a series of three exams that test the skills and knowledge necessary to implement a core Windows Server 2012 infrastructure in an existing enterprise environment. Passing this exam validates a candidates ability to implement and configure Windows Server 2012 core services, such as Active Directory and the networking services. Passing this exam along with the other two exams confirms that a candidate has the skills and knowledge necessary for implementing, managing, maintaining, and provisioning services and infrastructure in a Windows Server 2012 environment.
Exam 70-411: Administering Windows Server 2012

Exam 70-412: Configuring Advanced Windows Server 2012 Services
This exam measures your ability to accomplish the technical tasks listed below. The percentages indicate the relative weight of each major topic area on the exam. The higher the percentage, the more questions you are likely to see on that content area on the exam. This exam is part three of a series of three exams that test the skills and knowledge necessary to administer a Windows Server 2012 infrastructure in an enterprise environment. Passing this exam validates a candidates ability to perform the advanced configuring tasks required to deploy, manage, and maintain a Windows Server 2012 infrastructure, such as fault tolerance, certificate services, and identity federation. Passing this exam along with the other two exams confirms that a candidate has the skills and knowledge necessary for implementing, managing, maintaining, and provisioning services and infrastructure in a Windows Server 2012 environment.
Exam 70-341: Core Solutions of Microsoft Exchange Server 2013

Prerequisites
In order to gain an MCSM Mesaging, you must first complete all of the requirements for a relevant MCSE Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert) qualification. This typically involves the successful completion of six or more exatras

Validate your ability to help an organization reduce risks, improve effectiveness, and increase efficiency in designing and delivering unified communications solutions. Specifically, you’ll demonstrate your skill at implementing enterprise voice solutions using SIP, PBX integration, instant messaging, on-premises audio and video conferencing, application sharing, and mobile access.
Earning an MCSM: Communication certification will qualify you for a position as a network architect, information system manager, or network designer.
This MCSM certification requires that you show continued ability to perform in your chosen solution area by completing a recertification exam every three years.
To be eligible for the MCSM: Communication certification, you’ll need the following:
Hands-on experience in planning, installing, configuring, customizing, and troubleshooting Microsoft Lync Server 2013 (or equivalent experience)
A thorough understanding of Microsoft Lync Server 2013 design and architecture
The ability to communicate in fluent English
A thorough understanding of Active Directory, Domain Name System (DNS), traditional telephony concepts, VoIP, and other core network services related to Lync Server
